- Beverage ticket billing for 1 ticket per player
Payment Instructions
- CDW IHF may be utilized for sponsorship
- Foursome and lunch sponsorship must be paid via credit card only. ($218 per player x 4 players = $872 subject to 18% service charge & 3% CC fee)
